Returns, Refunds and Guarantee
Order and Delivery Issues
Our goal is to ship your order accurately and for it to arrive in good condition. Trees and cuttings should be ready to plant when they arrive. However, accidents sometimes happen. If your delivery is damaged during shipping, is missing product, or contains damaged or unsatisfactory products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right!
Some trees and plants are shipped in a state of dormancy without leaves. These plants are generally less susceptible to transplant shock and have excellent planting success. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we’d be happy to answer all your questions.
Availability of trees and cuttings is limited. If an item is unavailable at the time you report a problem, we will offer you the choice of:
1. An account credit equal to the full purchase price of the item. Your credit will be good for eighteen months from the date it is issued.
2. A refund of the full purchase price of the item.
Our Guarantee
At Figarnia we promise to provide customers with the very best fig trees and cuttings. It's just that simple. We guarantee that any varieties ordered will be true to type, and trees will be well-rooted and ready to plant. Cuttings will be pencil thickness or thicker, and contain at least 3 nodes. We only sell properly lignified cuttings.
If your trees do not survive, or your trees/cuttings are not true to type, please let us know within one year of delivery and we will refund your purchase price. All that we ask is that you return the product(s) in question, so that we can review them and make any necessary changes to our processes. Please note that return shipping (or the physical return of the product in question) is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
